Q: Owe flings corrective paint on a target and after a short time the target goes back through time, restoring any health from damage taken through the period.

W: Owe doodles a graffiti on a nearby wall increasing move and attack speed, stacks to 10.

E: Owe draws a line in the ground making the area impassable to travel over.

R: Owe paints on the ground and after 3 seconds all of the targets inside the area are teleported back to their respective bases.
